Orlando Day Nursery is committed to meeting national standards of quality in its early childhood program. After a lengthy application and validation process, Orlando Day Nursery is officially recognized by the National Association for the Education of Young Children in its efforts to raise the quality of programs for all children attending the center. The State of Florida’s Department of Children and Families (DCF) is the state agency responsible for licensing child care centers. The Nursery is operated in accordance with DCF regulations. It is regularly inspected by DCF, the Orlando Fire Department, the Health Department and the School Readiness Coalition.
